Zia Construction & Remodeling, Inc. is a family run business incorporated in 2002.  We have been in the construction industry since 1990 and are a Class A Contractor in the Commonweath of Virginia.  As our name and logo indicate, we hail from New Mexico.

Neal Frank-Rempel is the President and General Contractor of Record for Zia Construction & Remodeling, Inc.  and has been in the construction industry since 1990.  Neal’s training and experience has spanned New Mexico, California, and Virginia lending to an expertise in a wide variety of architectural styles and building requirements.

Neal specializes in building and remodeling residential dwellings, integrating new technology and green products wherever possible.  His day to day responsibilities include estimating and selling new projects as well as coordinating and managing projects and employees.  As president of Zia Construction, Neal plays a vital role in strategic planning, overall vision, operations, and the financial soundness of the company.

Neal’s integrity shows in his relations with customers, employees, business relations, family and friends.  

Robin Frank-Rempel is the Vice President of Zia Construction & Remodeling, Inc. and has been in the construction industry since 2002.  Robin's background and training is in the computer industry, corporate law and hospitality industries.  Robin's passion in the construction industry is integrating new technology and green products into remodeling jobs as well as envisioning new, altered or re-purposed spaces.  Her day to day responsibilities include office management, accounting, IT management as well as helping with design work.  As Vice President, she plays a vital role in strategic planning, overall vision, operations, and the financial soundness of the company.
